River find. Relic or natural?

Hello all,

I found three stones that appear to be different types with varying signs of wear.

The first is basaltic. A clear dimple exists. On the back side it looks like an area would’ve displayed a "worked" dimple but the outer shell broke off.



Second stone is shaped like a tool. Axe head or weapon? Chips on leading edge.



Third stone is multi dimpled.

Can anyone rule out these as Native American objects?

My guess is the first one is a nutting stone, the "dimple" looks pecked. The others appear natural to me.
