hi my brother in law found this rock in his garden and asked me if i could test it to see if the gold is real , although i dont think it is i tried 18k acid on it and it did nothing anyone know what type of rock this is and if the gold is real or fake? thanks video in link below

Most definitely pyrite in quartz. Nice specimen:occasion14:

That looks like a pyrite cube in matrix, pyrite is what is commonly referred to as fools gold, you can Google it up. It is a very cool specimen to own.
