Rock/geode?

Hello! First post of many I'm sure! I collect rocks/artifacts as a hobby, nothing to serious, but I have come across some things I just can figure out. This first one is a seemingly uninteresting rock on the outside, but when I cracked it open I was surprised by the black powder and crystals in the center only. Hoping non toxic! Thank you for trying to help me out!
