Won a nice rock tumble at a local auction, $26, what a deal! Went to get it and it was way to heavy. Pulled it open and it was full of concrete, so I thought.
After a little cleaning and oiling, Tumbler works fine and I have a new collection of rocks.

It took longer to clean up the rocks than it did to get the tumbler back in working order.

Thats cool! Fix your attachments, it would be fun to see your rocks!

You did good!! My best finds at an auction have been oddball boxes and such. You never Know!!

Not bad for $26.00 congrats

At a “rock bottom” cost as well. Good job.

Be nice to see a picture of the tumbler itself, I have three different sizes of Lortone machines.
For $26.00 you got a great deal... mine cost me between $200 - $600 each.

You found yourself a good deal. It's always nice to have a tumbler in your arsenal of goods.

Can't figure out what's wrong with the photos,
it is the qt12 in your first photo.
I think I got the photos fixed.

It is the QT-12, Older, but looks like it will do way more than I need. I cleaned it up and oiled it, works good.

don't over-fill it with rocks or coins, water, etc - it will go bonk on you!

You got a steal on your Lorne tumbler. Just the machine itself is just around 100 bucks. Good deal!

That's the one I have too. Good machine! :icon_thumright:

great find have fun I love mine

Very nice find...looking forward to see all the beautiful polished stones. :occasion14:
