Rock With Fossil?

I was near the top of a mountain adjacent to a family's field, in middle Mexico's Pacific Ocean mountainous region. I had in mind to find a fossil. This was actually the first rock i took, I broke it and then I realized that it had some porous and bony appearance, then I realized it could be a bone of some creature. But I am not sure.

I would say that is defiantly bone. You should go back for sure, and look for a more complete piece. I'm not really familiar with fossils from Mexico, but if you find some more, we may be able to identify them for you. Cool find!
