Are those Indiana geodes, back left(sparkling)? After retireing last year I went(10 hour drive)to the Geode Fest on the Miss. River Hamilton Ill/ Keokuk Iowa. Collected muucho buckets of geodes.I'll be there again this year(late Sept.) for more. Last month I got my cracker(soil pipe cutter), so I'll be ready. Do you know of the Mt. Ida Crystal Fest in October? Also went there last year. Big quartz crystal are so cool to collect. Have you done either? Hoping to get to Oklahoma salt flats in Nov or Dec.(b4 snow issues) to collect Selenite. Then back to Marian Ky. for purple florite and more geodes in April. Needless to say, I'm enjoying hobbie B, rockhounding!!
