General Description - Footage Following an RTC involving multiple vehicles including a van , cars and a HGV caused by a moronic idiot in a mercedes doing over the speed limit and driving like a mug in lanes 3 and 4. Multiple emergency vehicles responding and battling the smart motorway traffic.

no patience to stay out of the emergency lanes . the reason the traffic is backed up is a blockage. why do drivers think getting closer to full stop will get them there faster ?
