Roman but what emperor?

This was heavily encrusted. I actually thought it was a thick blank. I soaked it for a few days and seen the head so I brushed it. I ruined the patina but there was no way to id if I didn't clean it. It's now preserved in Renaissance wax. Any ideas what type and emperor?

Guessing it's a sestertius issued between the reigns of Augustus (about 23 BC) to Aurelian (270-275 AD).

My guess is Aelius. That's actually one of the rare emperors. Legends look like L AELIUS CAESAR. Like this:

Aelius Caesar AE sestertius ? Spes ? Nice patina

It does look like the one you sent jersey digger. There is a faint sc on the back and the lady or "Hadrian" figure looks more like that than others.
