Roman coin

I found this old Roman coin a few years ago and have always wondered if it is real or a fake. I found it in the middle of a large field away from everything else. The only other thing I found there was a shield nickel from the 1860’s. Any help will be appreciated.

This actually looks like a GREEK C4th BC 30mm bronze Litra or Diobol of LUCANIA, THURIUM type with:

Obverse: ATHENA bust right with Skylla hurling stone of Helmet
Reverse: BULL butting right with dolphin in exergue.

With no experience in these cannot say whether original or a copy but appears highly likely to be the later due to its construction & corrosion style.
