The reverse image is described as "Soldier spearing fallen horseman" as shown here:

I do see the SPF on the obverse so the coin may be of Constantinus as show in the examples.
Don....
PS: And the mint mark appears to end in "NS"; a good candidate for Constantinopolis (CONS)
