Roman Era Shipwreck Found Off Cyprus

Archaeologists have discovered the wreck of a Roman-era ship off the east coast of Cyprus.In a statement, Cyprus’ Department of Antiquities explained that the wreck is the first undisturbed Roman shipwreck found in the Mediterranean island nation’s waters. The ship is loaded with amphorae, or large ancient jars, which are likely from Syria and ancient Cilicia on modern-day Turkey's southeastern coast. Here is a link to the full article with pictures:

I've known about that Roman shipwreck they found...probably when they found it. A tourism plan fell into place immediately, to bring people from afar to visit museum.

Lionfish Ceviche!

Ingredients
Ceviche:

1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 bunch cilantro, leaves and stems finely chopped
2 jalapeño or serrano peppers, finely chopped (include the seeds if you like it spicier)
1/4 cup first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
Orange blossom or other citrus honey, as needed
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 pounds lionfish fillets
To serve:

Crispy tortillas, freshly fried potatoes, or yucca chips
