I've found a few of these things. Question is, do you find lots of them where you hunt? The bigger box has 80 of them found in a 2' X 3' area. The rest were found randomly over time. There were ones made of steel mixed in with the 80 but were in such bad shape, they got scraped. To keep them from corroding, I used S.A.E.30 thinned with mineral spirits, seemed to work ok. All of these came out of a state park about 10 miles from home.
I personally don't keep them anymore.
