Round piece of Lead

I found this Metal Detecting the other day it appears to be lead and it weighs 9.5grams anybody have any idea what it could possibly be.. thanks

It's a curtain or hem weight.

When your curtains won't or don't hang straight, you can add these to the inside of the bottom seam/hem forcing them to hang straight, giving it a much neater appearance.
