This is what I made to hunt the beach with this may help someone else. With a cheap scoop. A metal grain scoop and electrical conduit. And a few bolts. Works good it dry sand and wet sand. But shells or rocks are a problem.

Shells and rocks are always a problem with the scoops, I've found. They are usually too large to pass through the holes.

Nice job! Been looking at the Stealth scoops but don't want to spend the $$$$ right now.

HH,
Anita

Nice, how's it work? I just did one but made it long handled and it works great in everything but Shell filled sand. Check out my YT channel I made a how to

My scoop works ok. I need to put a better support for more leverage with my foot. Watched the vids great job

I like the stealth also. But as my wife will tell you I'm too cheap to buy what I think I can make.
