Sand Shark Coil ?

Can I get a 10.5 coil cover for a new Sand Shark? I can't find one anywhere.

Also, I am toying with the idea of making a Neoprene/Velcro control box cover for it. Anybody have any ideas?

Yes you can, most any Tesoro dealer has them. Likewise, you can spray the bottom with bedliner material for your own homemade version.

When I bought it last week the service rep was of little help and simply said, "they didn't have any".
I've looked on other sites but couldn't find one.
Also I thought about Berliner spray or possibly something else but was concerned about added weight.

I wouldnt do this. If it comes in for repairs, you may have to pay for a new coil. Our warranty clearly states no abuse neglect or modifacations. If we hade to open the coil up, it would most likely ruin the coil doing so and would not be our fault.

The NEW Sand Shark coils are Hard Wired, permenently attached to the control box. Coil Covers are available for like $12.00 and I have never swung my coil without one. Bedliner spray is just lazy and ruins re-sale value!
