They said that they mailed out the Shark on Friday, so hopefully I have it back for the storm on Saturday. I need the Sand Shark in case it is rainy. They also did not charge me for the repairs. Good thing it did not need the piece that they did not have in stock. It still took about 1 month or so...I just want it in my house, maybe tomorrow.
