Hello and Saludos from Ecuador,
Everybody has heard of the Santa Maria de la Consolación, however most people don't know much about it, or the truth about the discovery. Thousands of coins have been recovered legally and two divisions with Patrimony Cultural of Ecuador have taken place. The "concession" for Isla del Muerto has been owned and worked continuously for about ten years by Robcar S.A. More information and coin sales can be found at the following:
