SArmy artwork, pouch for letter of autheticity, but no letter! Ideas on artist?

I picked this up this morning at the SA, two pieces from the same artist, both have a pouch for the letter of authenticity. Unfortunately, the letters are missing. Does anyone have any idea about the artist? The work is original and not posters or lithos. Very well done. I appreciate your help and feedback. Thank you.
