I'm not one to post alot but I will say I appreciate all of you who post your finds. I did get a new phone though with a better camera which will make posting easier. Went to the"hunted out" fairgrounds and got this bucketlister. Was gridding an area with a bunch of grandad oaks and got a nice squeaky tone jumping from 11-43 to 11-45. Unusual numbers, more like a penny or dime on the Etrac, but the squeak was telling me different. Unfortunately it looks like I hit it right on the shield. It's been a good year of firsts for me from my first trime(1853), first Crottal bell, first 3 ringer, first large cent(1837) , first shield nickel, first barber quarters(1899, 1907), first barber half(1900) just to name a few. Thanks for looking. HH 20170710_175240.webp20170710_175259.webp

Congrats on all your firsts, nice seated quarter

Congrats on the incredible silver find! Good to see that these are still out there lurking in Michigan!

Thank you sir. Hard finds here in Michigan.

Awesome finds man. I'll hit that place hard.

very sweet coin, the scratch, it happens sometimes no matter what but it still makes you cringe

Great find I want one of those. I have stabbed a few Presidents I think a lot of times I get careless from digging soooo much clad I don't expect a find like that. I'm still pretty careful but only stabbing a few is going to happen!!!!!!!
