Found these artifacts Saturday morning. The weather was really nice for digging. The bear tooth is around 2 inches, but in poor condition. It was only about 2 inch down. I probably need to mix up some Gomer/Duco to preserve some other artifacts soon anyhow. The broken bummer celt bit is a nice one. I found my only whole celt about 30 feet from this one. However, I did find the small 1 inch drill in the middle with the brokes. Thanks.

Very nice Keith. I love that celt...the material is gorgeous.

Cool finds! Maybe they tried to drill a hole in the bear tooth and it split on them? Better luck on your next dig. :icon_thumleft:

Yeah as long as we keep looking. There will be better luck! I was doing a tally on the drills that were found in the last month and forgot to include yours Dave. Thanks for the remind.
