Met up with Lowbatt's and Dirtfishingwolf yesterday at the parkway digs. Parkway digs yielded some clad, a few wheaties, and a lonely Merc laying on the surface. The rain from Friday made the dirt extremely messy but we managed a couple of hours looking for the goods.
Later we headed over to a park for an hour or so. Picked up 3 more Mercs, 2 Washington's, and a handful of wheaties.

It was great to finally meet Rich, and its always a pleasure hunting with you, Tim.

Great score of silver Dan! :hello2:

You had a great few days!

Awesome haul for a short hunt Dan! The 3rd 1916 dime out of that park this year, hope there's a few more to come, with the right mint mark on them!

Got more sidewalk work this week too!

Nice assortment of shiny from a difficult spot!
I suspect it will be soggy for a few more days from all the rain storms.

Hmmm maybe a solar powered sump pump to drain the area...

Nice goodies Dan. Now you have some silver to keep the detector in tune. WTG

Nice looking silver! I almost forgot what it looks like..

Gee Dan. . . that's the fastest way NOT to get invited back to that spot :D

Super hunt  (my condolences on the missing mint-mark on the '16)

that is a great silver day! congrats

My bad, once you show somebody a place with that potential, there's no taking it back. It'd be great to get a group silver fest going there. I believe the place is just too rich to ignore for too long but it needs the good gear and the good guys to prove it out.
