Savage Civil War find

I've dug a lot of Civil War bullets in my career, but this is only the 2nd Savage. Pretty pleased with this recovery after work today, not a common find for sure. The Savage pistol had two triggers - one to rotate the cylinder, and the second to fire the weapon. But it was apparently also pretty temperamental mechanically, so it never really caught on.

I had never heard of this revolver. They are unrelated to the modern Savage Arms Co. Around 20,000 in use during the Civil War. .36 cal. Used by both sides. You made a good find for sure.
