Hello All. Got out yesterday to a large modern lot with Btoots. The site has a 1960's-ish house on it but it sits between two other 1880's locations where we have done very well in the past.

After 2+ hours Btoots had a few old head stamps and several of other vintage items of interest...I had nothing but common clad, hose ends, and cable TV connectors...ARRGH!!!

I moved to the backyard where my partner was having luck, changed my Etrac settings, and began digging everything of even marginal ID...still nothing but crap.

After many nails, modern trash, and pieces of Al siding I got a weak repeating penny tone that I assumed would be another clad MP and out popped an 1873 IHC!!! Not in the best of shape but a very welcome find, and my 2nd oldest IHC.

Guess I had just not dug enough holes yet...HH and many thanks to Btoots on the site permission. C9

Hello ATW. Yep, I may be crazy but that one little coin made my day. Thanks for the reply and Good Luck. C9
