Here's something like it but is a souvenir for Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

This is a vintage dog figurine that was a souvenir from Rehoboth Beach in the 1930’s. The figure is 1 7/8 inches high and 2 ½ inches long. It has a brass finish which is probably a coating over white metal. There is a medallion on the back of the dog that has a pretty lady under an umbrella pictured on it as well as reads Rehoboth Beach Del. We believe this dates to the 1930’s. We have not found another one of these. There is some wear to the finish but no damage.

Looks very close. I would say you are right on. The size is the same. I just have not been able to find any history of Camp Perry or any pics of one like the one I found. Very cool. Thank you.
