Could be colonial up through Victorian era. Item 2 looks big to be a scabbard hook. I would say horse equipment - brass snap hook. Hard to tell much from your pic. Upvote 0

It's too big to be an early Clothes Fastener, however, it might be 17th C. By the 18th C, they had switch to buttons (for the most part). Need clearer pictures of both sides. Upvote 0
