Scanning for voids in the ground

Are there any good devices that are out there or build on my own with some decent electrical know how that can scan for voids in the ground, larger moreso than smaller. THanks.

My Whites XLT finds them just fine though I've not done it on purpose so I do not know how deep it will detect them........63bkpkr
