There are no markings and no pontil.
A glas-collector book says it's french made and for one-way use.
Different lenghs would exsist.

Which book says that it is for one-time use? ...Rainer Kosler's book?

That doesn't seem to be good marketing: expensive packaging with very little product inside. Any time I see cut glass, I assume that it is not a disposable piece. You did indicate that this little fiole was cut glass, didn't you?

Yes,cut glas.

Thank you. I've seen those cross-cut flacons at bottle shows, but always assumed that they were bottles for the purse to be refilled as necessary. What does the caption say?

scent bottles,so called 'one way flacons'
common type of 1st half 19.century; perhaps all french, clear glas, cuts with parts of gold colour, the greatest 15,8 cm
