Scored some sterling and a guitar amp(?)

Did pretty good today---Went to one sale and bought a whole box of jewelry which included many costume pieces for our antique shop and some sterling silver pieces(111 grams!). Paid $15 for all the jewelry!
I also bought an Alamo Embassy amplifier for $10--Was that a good deal? I don't know a whole lot about those things and need to do some research. If anyone can tell me when these were made, I sure would appreciate it. The woman I bought it from said it was her sons and it worked. I plugged it in and the little red light comes on.

Thanks bdxample! Looks like that one from your link is the same as mine! And they want $199 for it . I might try it on eBay and see what it brings.
