I also dug these up, literally have no clue what they are. They almost look like suspender clips, or a piece that would hold a cloak around your neck. If anyone knows I’d love to figure out what they are. Thanks for looking

Those are all suspender clips. The top one is the oldest. They date from the 1860s to about 1900.
 

It is US Army. It was a General Service Eagle button 2pc, From pictures could be a GI-94-A in the Albert Button book. Nice Save.
