Scraper?

From se Wisconsin, found among river gravel. Can't tell if this is a result of tumbling, breaking or being worked. Opinions on if this is anything? It's less than 1/2 inch thick

Over the years I have saved lots of pieces. It's fun to mull them over every once in a while. Usually when you find a scraper you know its a scraper. I would put it in the "can't tell pile" It does look slightly worked but I can't tell either. Happy Hunting.
