Is it worked all the way around or are there broken faces, I’d say it’s definitely something but when I think scraper I think kind of rounded although certainly not a must. Leaning towards a knife or maybe the base of something with it looking worked around that one corner

I would say it is a broken knife that has been reworked into a scraper.
