Hello everyone ! New guy here , I have a Garrett GTA 250 and was wondering If I should get a new coil , mine has the factory 8" Crossfire coil . I've had the detector for a few years but hardly used it because I seem to have trouble pinpointing targets . Are those coils that are hollow in the middle more accurate or easier to pinpoint your target with because you can see through the middle ? Are they waterproof ? More powerful than mine ? Or do I just want one because something in my head thinks they look cool ?
