Made it back to the lime stone foundation site for a 5th short hunt in the last few months. I’ve found a bunch of stuff here from late 1700’s through modern trash, but no keepers have been deep. Tons of iron nails in the soil and rusted sheet metal bits. Most of the keepers have been 2” or less, no keepers over 4” down. (Some large brass pieces and pie tins were dug 8”) I’ve had the best results with the 6” coil and sensitivity at 18 max.
First pretty good signal.

Yes, a Little Hug drink bottle, probably 1600’s...or 2016...
Also found this chunky piece of serving plate in the hole.

Next target is a nice hightone.

Awesomeness in my first Seated Dime of the year! 1887.
Then an ornate dohickey pops out with about the same signal as the dime believe it or not.

Jeff of PA assisted again with the ID, a lamp height adjuster. Have not seen one of these posted before.

Here’s the handful.

Good luck out there!
