I got the trime and other silvers early in theafternoon at another site but was able to get out for an hour before dark to my old standby seated field. I have only pulled one old coinfrom here since October. Reason why I love this hobby is you never know what to expect. I walked into the field and began swinging in an area I have been over countless times. First signal is an IHP. Next signal is the toasty shield nickel and finished the hunt with another IHP. Best day hunting since October

Very nice finds ! An exciting site you have there.

Nice finds. Congrats. I have yet to recover a shield nickel in 40 plus years of hunting.
