✅ SOLVED Secret society?

I know someone that has this small pocket knife, and i want it. They have done some research, but come up empty. Anyone have any ideas about who would have had something like this, the maker...etc.... All i have is this picture, and the knife didnt have any marks anywhere on it, just these on the outside. if possible ill see if i can get other photos, thanks in advance. Approx. 3 inches long.

I believe the chain is the Oddfellows insignia and sometimes the FLT is inside the links
