Sept. in the woods

Hunting mostly in the woods and between tobacco rows was very good last month. 2 lg. cents, 1865 2 cent, 1863 & 1881 Indians, 2 mercs, 34 buttons & 1 thimble, silver spoon, fired bullet, toe tap, cartridge box finial and other assorted pieces. The best were 3 military buttons, artillery eagle on cannon one piece, NC. state seal staff cuff/collar and a partial Connecticut National Guard coat button.
