Hi!

I started buying certain coins out of the register in mid/late January of this year, after a cop paid for a lottery ticket with an Eisenhower dollar. i decided then and there to start collecting, and this is what I got:

1968s Lincoln cent (really great condition)
20x+ Lincoln Wheat cents (oldest 1925)
2x 1945d Jefferson Nickle (war)
1968s Jefferson nickle (little bit of grease on his cheek, but otherwise proof-like)
1946 Roosevelt dime
1953s Roosevelt dime
1954s Roosevelt dime
1961 Roosevelt dime
1962d Roosevelt dime (F/VF)
1971 Ike Dollar
$1, $5, $10, $20, $100 bills with "666" in the serial number (just need the $50)
2x $1 bill with "711" in the serial number
$20 bill from the early 90's (Spent)
$100 starnote, newest design (spent)

I also found two Euro cents, and coins from Turkey, UAE, Dubai, Philippians, India and Germany.

I have a regular customer who always comes in and buys out the Susan B's and any half we get, so I dont keep track of those.
not a bad haul so far, and helps me get out of bed and on time every day. My manager even lets me buy out the silver at face value ;)

Nice finds on the rosies. I've had to work hard to get my 4 rosies from CRH. And, of course you shouldn't have to replace more than face value on the coins you pull out of the register. What did you expect, to give the company melt value? (joke)

ummm... think he's gone.

yeah, one and done I guess. Maybe he got fired.
