Just wanted to share my adventure. In liberty hill South Carolina I found this.

Looks like feldspar. I found lots of great Smoky Quartz Crystals in Liberty Hill years ago.

Yeah I'm going back this weekend. I was just getting the feel of my surroundings pretty much. I found a few good pieces. It was hot but it was a lot of fun.
