A near perfect Lead-tin button 17th C

2 Rose Farthings
4 Roman Coins - 1 nice one of Allectus
2 Cloth Seals
Top of a 17th C Spoon handle ('seal top')
Silver stud thingy
2 Hammered - The Rose & Thistle is my best (only 2nd) James I Penny - circa 1610

Never used to like buttons but they start to grow on you after a few thousand, can't think what I might end up with

I did say in the field that of all these type of 2 piece 17th C buttons, that one is the more popular design, maybe this is my 7th (ish) Good find, I think.

No, thats a 1 piece Tombac, similar timeframe to your Dandy

The one Shaun & I are on about is the centre bottom.
