Ahh the weekend. It's nice being able to drive to another city. I've cleaned mine out. :tongue3:

I found a cool sheriff's badge pendant thing. On the back it has what I believe is a cell phone number and a city and a zip code. I don't know exactly what it's for.

Also pictured are two small charms. A sterling Dora the Explorer and a 14k number one.

Then there's a rather large size 13 Tungsten Carbide ring. That's the second largest size I've ever found. Last year a size 14 gold ring popped out of the ground.

Found 5.93 in three hours.

That was one productive 3 hour hunt. Looks like you had a clad infested site.

You can always do a google search for the phone # on the pendant.

951 is the newer split off of the 909 area code that used to be centered in riverside county.

Sweet hunt... you may be able to find the owner of the badge pendant and return it

I totally looked it up. The number came back as unlisted.
The reason I think it's a cell number is I get calls at my business all the time from 951 numbers and they're always cell phones. You're right though, it was split off of 909 so I suppose it could be a landline.

Fix, i think your badge pendant is actally an identification tag for a dog named, "Sheriff" that fell off of its collar. Great finds, congrats! Sub 8-)

Cool you found the good stuff among all that clad......

WOW. Someone throw out their piggy-bank?:laughing7:

Boy any hunt that includes gold is a stellar hunt in my book!
Congratulations!

Bummer I found a huge tungsten couple weeks ago.

The badge is awesome! Great job finding the gold charms. Digging all that clad paid off
