Looks like she had been sitting at the bottom of a pond (but she hadn't (that I know of)). Not even going to show the back, it is so badly crusted you can't make out any detail. Looks like 1874 to me. Probably the CC mint mark (yeah right!). Maybe I will electrocute her.

Even more intriguing is this little figurine. Pewter is my guess. Stands about 1 & 1/4 inch tall.

I agree with the date. I thought it looked like 1874 before reading your comment.
 

Nice finds! Seated coins are always a welcome find! The figurine is interesting too!
