✅ SOLVED Shiny ASTRO Seat Belt Buckle?

I was going over an area in a park that just had the brush cleared when I happened across this surface find - all while digging 30 bottle caps and 14 pull tabs (yes, I count them) ... needless to say I was happy to find something shiny. My first impression is that it is part of a seat belt. I suspect this predates the 1985-1994 Chevrolet Astro Van.
