Shipping changes after auction over?

Any of you guys seen this? I've had 3 or 4 items in the past couple of months where the buyer told me the shipping on the invoice didn't match what the auction said prior to their bid. I don't have any handling charges or anything. This has only happened on auctions that I have FedEx as the shipping method. Anybody else seen this? The buyers all seemed legit and the amount was usually $1.50 or something.

Maybe it's using an out of date address to estimate shipping.
