Short excavated dirt pile hunt today

Metal detected a 10 foot high pile of dirt today in a neighbors yard which had been excavated for a new pole barn. Was only able to do the surface and will be allowed back when the tons of old dirt are eventually spread out. Found a 1960s Tootsie Toy Roadster and this old (coat of arms button?) which I hope someone may be able to identify. Thanks for looking.
