Short hunt produces a 1854 largie and patriotic pin!

Hit a site close to home today that I've hunted for several years now and it very seldom disappoints me, the pin has 2 crossed swords and a cannon on it I am able to make out the date of 1876 on the right side, I'm thinking the left side would have a date of 1776 ! Large cent is in fairly good shape for a field find copper.
