I had about an hour of daylight to hunt this evening so I hit the trail thru my property. A few usual suspects and a couple of relics that I'll keep. Got some ammo to go with all the rest of the ammo, some non ferrous scraps, a few square nails, a nice suspender clip and a keyhole escutcheon plate. Nothing to knock anybody's socks off but it felt good to get out. Happy Huntin!

Looks good to me! That's a nice suspender clip!

Nice!!!! Congrats!!!!

Looks like a couple of nice relics.

That’s what I’m talkin about.Congratulations

:icon_scratch:. I believe your "keyhole escutcheon plate" is possibly a holder for a roll-up window shade (there'd be another one on the other side of the shade).

Take a look at the shotgun shells. You can sometimes date them by what's written on the head, besides the manufacturer's brand name.

Quite possibly right!

Agreed.

I've got a few oldies...hundreds probably..:laughing7: One thing's for sure. They were a well armed bunch here thru the years. I've got all kinds. Pin fire, full brass, normal head stamps abound. One of my favorites to find is Robin Hood Arms Co. The ones here are 2 Nitro Club 12s(1915-42) 1 New Club 12(1896-1900) and a 20 ga. Winchester.

Congrats on the nice relics! :occasion14:
