A broken coil ear on my stock coil for the 800 was the reason for sending the coil to Alum Bank on the 16th. A new coil made it back to me today! No hassles, excellent emails, perfect. Even though excellent service is the expectation, it?s still very nice to recognize it when it happens! Thanks to the crew in PA and ML!

I'll second that sentiment on a speaker replacement on my CTX a while back. Shipped out, repaired, and back in hand in 14 days, with a shipping snafu in the mix!

I just went through the same thing.....broken ear. Not only did I get a quick turn around on a replacement coil, in their inspection of the wear on the remaining ear, they thought my lower shaft must have some bad wear on it also, so, they sent me a new one of those too! The new coil comes with a new skid plate, new washers, and a new bolt/nut combo too. First rate service!
