More importantly, who isn't out on the Florida beaches...

Was there anything left for you to find?

I have been keeping an eye on Clist past few months.. seems that Siesta Key beach is where one goes to lose their rings...

With recent upscaled amenities and LOTS of sand between parking and surf and scores of tourists.....it's no wonder

friend of mine got a $12,000 diamond ring there a few weeks ago and then a loaded money clip

Casper I hunted with him when he wa here. I think he found out how frustrating that beach can be. lot of people..... but you almost have to be there when it drops. Its hunted hard. He was here like a month and not a gold..... then got the mother load a day or so before he left.

Gobble...... might of been me. I wear a thin dive vest with a red dive skin under it.

I was there a few weeks ago and hunted everywhere But the public area. Took 16 hours to find one ring, better than no ring, but next time may have to hit the public beach for the money clips !!

with the water temp at 88 degrees who would need a wet suit??

If you are out there for 5 or more hours neck deep you tend to get a little cool even in 88 degree water. Some of the beaches get more current from the deep water......but i have to agree a wet suit may be a little over kill.

On Atlantic side wetsuit still feels good. I wear wet suit trunks that go to my knees and a now black long sleeve surf shirt (retired white one) that is SPF 50 rated, from any distance at all it looks like a wetsuit. Keeps sun off of me as well as jellyfish.. Our two worst enemies jellyfish and skin cancer..

Where did you get the shirt?

Where did you get the shirt?
Online surf and swim stores. Just search for Rash guard shirts. They work great, I bought 3 of them 6 or 7 years ago, 1 short sleeve 2 long sleeve, wore out the white long sleeve and retired it this year. When washing it use gentle cycle and hang dry, no fabric softeners...
