AT Pro/max, Explorer, CTX, Tesoro Tejon, and many other..BUT MY GO TO MACHINE= Equinox 600 stock and 6" coils
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
My favorite park still can give em up, went for 90 mins sat and got indian 25 and 26 for the yr, today i went back for another 90 minute hunt ,i got silver 31 and 32 fty and 4 wheaties (133 fty)

This has been the best long term place ive ever hunted , its coughed up 12 common silvers, a 1775 half reale, 1835 capped half dime , 1864 2 center and about 21 of my 26 indians fty and id have to say about 80 of my wheaties fty
And to think the whole park cant be more than a full acre in size

Im sure there will still be something coming out of there after the next good rain....8-)

Very Nice!!!! Congrats!!!!

What the? Only an acre in size. Was it a bank in the past? Nice saves. Keep em coming!

The smaller size of the park may be why no one else has detected it, or why its been detected on a minimal basis. Everyone wants to open their front door and head for the biggest park available, often missing the treasures in the small areas. Great for you, on detecting this "postage stamp" sized park. It sounds like you have made some great finds in this park, and I hope you can get some more.

Beautiful silver!!!

I was told by a friend I dig with , he knows a guy who told him they got all kinds of silvers out of this park 30 yrs ago, seated halves etc. But I've not seen anyone digging here now except me .. I go quite often and hardly see anyone at all there ..just from what I got I'm sure when it was hit back when untouched was unbelievable ..things are getting slim I'm goin for the deep whispers that dont repeat every swing ..I used to go and get 8 wheaties and a couple Indians every time I went...one thing for sure ..its only 10 mins away , when I finally stop going here there will be nothing left..I been to many parks that someone cleaned out before me..I'm not leaving anything

I was going to say that it would have been nice to hit it back when it was virgin, but you beat me to it. There aren't any parks that haven't been metal detected already in the US, imo.
Still, a nice go to spot you have there! I wonder if there's a gold coin amongst all the mid tones...

Grats on all the keepers and good luck next time out!

Excellent finds, Congrats! Isn't it so sweet to have a place that keeps on producing? I always try to hunt after a soaking rain- totally agree....

thats a good producing spot nice finds

Congratulations on your beautiful recoveries..your having a great year

your knocking it out! Nice going! Good luck on your returns!!

Nice,

You are having a solid season.

Park must not have been gone over really hard.

I love hitting old parks. I'm at 64 silvers for the season all from pounded out parks.

Keep working that one.

Jer

that spot just keeps giving, wtg!
