Got out early today and did pretty well. Along with a couple dollars in clad I found a 1945 Walking Liberty half, 1976 Bicentennial half, 2 1970's Canadian clad quarters, 2 unknown, possibly silver foreign coins; a 1975 Spanish? & 1964 Turkish? Sorry don't know foreign coins. Also a gold plated mechanical pencil, reenactment eagle button, a Chuck e Cheese token, and a few other things.

The Walker is pretty beat up and was right in the middle of a trail I had detected this Spring. Don't know how I missed it then but am very glad it was found today. I apologize for my crappy pictures. Happy Hunting!

I'll bet the mechanical pencil is a Cross, and is not just gold-plated. Nice finds, Kevin!

You are right. It is a 10k Cross pencil. Thank you! 8-)

We all miss targets for one reason or another. Different angles. different settings, different machines, different moisture in the ground. Lots and lots of variables. What matters is you got it!

Nice finds. I doubt your foreign coins have any silver in them being so new.
